London Congestion Tax

My brother has been experimenting with London law. Basically if you drive in central London during the week, you are required to pay a 8pound congestion charge. With cameras all over London, if you don’t pay this, they will catch you. Greg has first hand experience. He has been caught 4 times so far and has racked up 240 pounds of charges (it is 8pound 1st day, 10pound 2nd day, and 60pound if you forget…Greg falls into the last category). So 60-90pound is now being taken directly out of his weekly per diem.
